Cullen Lakes Association

Our Members

The Cullen Lakes Association is a nonprofit organization.  Membership is open to anyone wishing to support our organization through participation and $25 annual dues, payable in January or when first joining.  Owning property on the Chain of Lakes is not a prerequisite for membership.

Through the efforts of our volunteers, our association takes weekly Secchi disk readings of the three Cullen Lakes; conducts water quality testing; places and maintains loon nesting platforms; performs "Adopt-a-Highway" shoulder area cleanup on Highway 371 near Nisswa; monitors for, and where appropriate, treats the lakes for invasive species; compiles, edits and produces a quarterly newsletter for distribution to members; works with area lake management organizations; maintains a world wide web presence through its web site; monitors and reacts when appropriate to local conditions which pose a threat to the quality of the Cullen chain of lakes.
